ABSTRACT

An automatic ash-removal heat-sensitive moxibustion device was developed, which could keep relatively constant temperature of heat-sensitive moxibustion, and realize the automatic ignition and automatic ash removal of moxa sticks during heat-sensitive moxibustion. The automatic ash-removal heat-sensitive moxibustion device comprises a bracket and a moxibustion box fixed on the top of the bracket; the bracket is composed of a base and a movable telescopic arm. This device can solve the problems of temperature instability, moxa ash blocking heat transfer and moxa ash falling during heat-sensitive moxibustion, avoiding the scalding caused by moxa ash falling, and reduce the workload of medical staff.

ABSTRACT

A high-precision human metabolic measurement system is designed. The system uses STM32F103 as the main control chip to acquire oxygen, carbon dioxide and flow signals to calculate four quantitative indicators: oxygen consumption(VO2), carbon dioxide production(VCO2), respiratory entropy(RQ) and resting energy metabolism(REE), and finally uses an upper computer to display the calculation results.In this paper, the signal acquisition circuit design was carried out for the oxygen sensor, carbon dioxide sensor and flow sensor, and the validity of the device was verified with the American machine MGCDiagnositcs using Bland-Altman analysis method, and the results showed that the four parameters of VO2,VCO2, RQ and REE of both devices fell in the agreement interval of more than 95%. The device thus provides accurate metabolic measurements and offers an effective tool for the field of general health and clinical nutrition support in China.

ABSTRACT

Aiming at the current situation of performance testing of hemodialysis extracorporeal circulation tubing, which has slow efficiency, inaccurate measurement, and inconvenient testing, a portable detection system for testing the performance of hemodialysis extracorporeal circulation tubing is designed. The system mainly includes a hardware system and a software system. The hardware system uses STM32F407 single-chip microcomputer as the core to design the driving control of the roller pump; the software system uses the C++ real-time operating system, and the flow detection data is transmitted to the upper computer through RS485 communication and displayed. Experimental showed that the system detects the accuracy and the stability of the flow rate. It has the characteristics of stability and high precision. The relative error of the experimental measurement is within the range of ±10%. The weight of the whole machine is 2 kg, which improves the efficiency by 50% compared with the traditional detection method.

ABSTRACT

Aiming at the low efficiency and low quality detection level of the manual infusion set, a gas detection system for infusion set based on STM32 single-chip microcomputer was designed. The detection system includes hardware system design and software system design. The hardware system is based on the STM32F103 single-chip microcomputer. It mainly designs the gas pressure sensor acquisition circuit and the multi-way solenoid valve control circuit. The software system uses a C ++ real-time operating system to ensure system monitoring's real-time performance and validity. Test data is transmitted to the upper computer and displayed via USB serial communication. The experiment proves that the infusion set gas detection system can perform gas detection on the infusion set. The system has the characteristics of stability and high accuracy. The relative error of the experimental measurement is within ±5%, and the detection efficiency is better than manual detection.

With STM32 as the core and Internet of things technology, the intelligent nursing system can obtain body temperature, heart rate and control all the facilities in the ward by itself through the mobile APP. The intelligent nursing system has the advantages of simple operation, high accuracy of measurement data, stiff stability and good real-time performance. It can not only realize comprehensive real-time health monitoring for patients, but also greatly reduce the workload of nurses and improve work efficiency.

ABSTRACT

This study designs an intermittent pneumatic pressurization device with STM32 series single chip as the core. The working state of the air pump and the plurality of air chambers is controlled by the IO port of the single chip microcomputer, and the circulating inflation of the plurality of air bags is realized. The pressure monitoring system consists of a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor, a high-precision operational amplifier and a 12-bit AD converter which monitors the gas pressure of each gas path in real time to ensure the safety of the equipment. The system is easy to operate, simple in function, and has strong practicability.

ABSTRACT

Traditional moxibustion treatment mainly relies on doctors using specific techniques to stimulate the patient's acupoints with ignited moxa sticks. In view of the poor reproducibility, and different methods of different doctors, difficult to carry out quantitative and qualitative research work in clinical research, a moxibustion mechanical arm was designed. The hardware modules of the mechanical arm are composed of power, micro controller STM32, position servos, moxibustion strip thruster, human-computer interaction panel and sensors; the software parts are composed of main control program and interrupt service program. The use of this moxibustion mechanical arm will enhance the system's multi-task adaptability and could perform a variety of moxibustion methods including circling moxibustion and sparrow-pecking moxibustion. The data collected in real time will be transmitted to PC through bluetooth, displayed on OLED, and the system operation modes could be switched by button. Clinical trials showed that moxibustion mechanical arm had the same treatment effects with traditional moxibustion. Meanwhile, its convenience of ope-ration, repeatability of treatment, doctors and patients's treatment experience are all better than those of traditional moxibustion.

This capacitive venous transfusion alertor is based on rise time of RC circuit and input capture function of timer in the microcontroller. The measure element of alertor is integrated with circuit board, it has the advantages of simple structure and low cost. Combined with narrow band intent of things(NB-IoT) technology to upload data, it can reduce the workload of medical personnel and caregivers, avoid unnecessary trouble and danger.

ABSTRACT

This paper presents a design of multifunctional portable automated external defibrillator based on STM32F103VC SCM. The defibrillator mainly realizes the defibrillation and ECG analysis function, and according to the clinical actual need, increases information storage and transmission function, query of local records, the function of synchronous LCD display and voice prompt in the defibrillation process. The device uses the defibrillating electrodes to measure body resistance, ECG and so on. We detailedly researched and achieved the discharge module of biphasic defibrillation apparatus based on the damping of two order discharge circuit, and finished the real-time LCD display and voice prompt modules of defibrillation information based on the control of PIC24FJ256DA210 chip.

ABSTRACT

With the advent of social aging, the development of intelligent multifunctional nursing beds that are suitable for hospitals, nursing homes, homes and the like has a wide range of applications, this paper presents an intelligent nursing bed design based on Internet of Things technology. The design uses STM32F103 as the central processor. The design is divided into nursing bed module based on tri-fold structure, central control module based on data processing, weight scale module based on weight detection, power supply module based on system power supply and host computer module based on user operation. The design uses a closed control mode, greatly improving the bed control accuracy. Experimental tests showed that under the action of the intelligent control bed control system, the error rate of bed position information driven bedboard can be less than 2%, which has high accuracy and stability.

ABSTRACT

Objective To develop a digital signal processing method for magnetic positioning of electronic capsules according to the theory of multiple alternating magnetic field source electromagnetic positioning, so as to reduce the volume and power consumption of electronic capsules. Method Based on STM32 MCU, software algorithms such as fast digital filtering, peak detection and frequency detection were designed to replace the corresponding analog hardware circuits such as analog filtering, peak detection and comparison circuits. Results The experimental results showed that the average relative error of the peak detection and frequency detection of the digital signal processing system were 1.51% and 0.28% , respectively. The linear relationships of theoretical amplification factor and actual amplification factor of the programmable amplifier were basically consistent, and the average ratio difference was 4.51 dB. Conclusions The proposed digital signal processing system can replace some analog hardware circuits, providing a basis for reducing the size and power consumption of electronic capsules.

@#Objective To develop an electrically powered wheelchair driving system with better interactivity, intelligence, controllability and comfortableness, to improve mobility and posture adjustment of electrically powered wheelchair. Methods An electrically powered wheelchair system was constisted of double STMicroelectronics 32 controller (STM32), a joystick controlling the speed and direction, Controller Area Network (CAN) bus communication mode, the intelligent control algorithm, the pulse width modulation (PWM) driver H-Bridge, and the motor differential operation. Results The position, velocity and acceleration of the electrically powered wheelchair met the desired requirements based on the Vicon simulation.Conclusion The controller well meets the requirements of multi-pose electrically powered wheelchair.
